| 1. When the Customs authority which has granted the approval deems|
| it necessary, photographs or diagrams authenticated by that |
| authority, shall be attached to the approval certificate. The |
| number of those documents shell then be inserted by the Customs |
| authority, under item No.6 of the certificate. |
| |
| 2. The certificate shell be kept on the means of transport. |
| |
| 3. Means of transport shall be produced every two years, for the |
| purposes of inspection and of renewal of approval to the customs |
| office of the region where the owner or user is established or re- |
| sident. |
| |
| 4. If means of transport no longer complies with the technical |
| conditions prescribed for its approval, it shell, before it can |
| be used for the transport of goods under Customs seal be restored |
| to the condition which had justified its approval. |
| |
| 5. If the essential characteristics of means of transport are |
| changed, means of transport shall cease to be converted by the app-|
| roval and shall be reapproved by Customs authority before it can|
| be used for transport of goods under Customs seal. |
